How do games helps us well in my opinion they don’t help me I just don’t like playing some games that’s just not for me in the video it said if I we play games we stay active but I honestly don’t I get tired easily games get me so bored .

How to keep yourself more secure on the internet ... well in my opinion we need to be more private about what we post on social media because it stays there forever. Everything we do on social media it stays there especially on public even the messages we send and all the pictures we send on any app definitely to the people we trust the more it saves on there and will stay forever and ever.
